BONAFIDE: In Pre-Production Mode
November 17, 2008Swedish rockers BONAFIDE have started pre-production for the follow-up to their debut album, which was released in September 2007.
Chips Kiesbye, SATOR guitarist and celebrated producer who has previously worked with THE HELLACOPTERS, MILLENCOLIN and SAHARA HOTNIGHTS, among many others, will handle the production on the new CD.
Recording will take place in Studio Muscamatic in Gothenburg, Sweden beginning on February 16. A single will be released spring 2009, and the album will follow late spring 2009.
BONAFIDE singer Pontus Snibb just released his second solo album titled "Admiral Street Recordings II". He will promote the CD by playing a number of solo shows starting Wednesday, November 19 at Victoriateatern in Malmö, Sweden.
BONAFIDE last fall released the video for the group's second single, "Loud Band", taken from the band's self-titled album, which available in Scandinavia through Sweden Rock Records. Watch the clip below.
According to a press release, BONAFIDE plays "like there's no tomorrow.
